Deputy Carnes attended the 2023 New Mexico Law Enforcement Torch Run Guardians of the Flame State Conference last week in Albuquerque, NM, where we received an award “in recognition of your pursuit of community policing excellence in 2022 for Special Olympics of New Mexico”
